Ingredients:
1. One stick cinnamon/one tbsp cinnamon powder
2. 5 pieces of clove/laung
3. 1 tbsp fennel seeds
4. 1 tbsp jeera(cumin seeds)
5. One inch ginger
6. 1 litre water
Steps to make the remedy:
1. Set the water to heat until it comes to a rolling boil
2. Add all of the spices in to the water and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes
3. Strain the spices out of the water
4. Drink this water in the morning and night during your period to avoid cramps and tiredness
