  3. Let the mixture simmer for about 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors and beneficial compounds to infuse into the water.
  4. Strain the tea into a cup to remove the ginger pieces and any sediment.
  5. You can add honey to taste for sweetness (optional).
  6. Sip the turmeric and ginger tea slowly while it's warm.
  7. Drink this tea 1-2 times a day, especially when experiencing leg pain.
