Ingredients:
1. Moringa leaves: 500 gms
2. Water- 100 ml
3. 30 gms- rock salt
Steps to make the remedy:
1. Take a blender jar and add the moringa leaves and salt .
2. make a paste out of them and add a little bit of water to get a cake/dose batter consistency
3.Transfer this paste to a bowl and apply it on the swollen areas
4. let it sit there for about 20 minutes to reduce your swelling
5. follow this until your swelling reduces.
