Eat bananas

Make a banana shake for more savoriness-


Ingredients:

2-4 Bananas(peeled), milk [optional, half a cup], water [half a cup], jaggery powder [1 tablespoon], Elaichi (Cardamom) powder [1 teaspoon]

Steps involved:

1. Set up a grinder

2. Add the bananas to the jar

3. Now add some water and milk (milk is optional)

4. To this, add the jaggery powder and the Elaichi powder

5. Grind till the consistency resembles that of Dosa batter.

6. Enjoy the shake
